Apologies for the unclear photos, theyre very hard to catch properly on camera. I own a 2009 seat ibiza 6J and after I bought it, I noticed these weird splotches in the paint. They feel smoother than the rest of the paint (iirc).
I tried hand polishing it but nothing happened. Should I buy a polishing motor and DIY it or should I take it to a shop?
