So from what I've read on the other posts about this subject, if i want my Kansas tax refund that i submitted online 11 weeks ago I have to get in contact with the DOR?

I guess i havent been on the website during business hours, does that chatbot change to a real person during business hours?

Anyone else still waiting? I know lots of people got them back basically immediately, idc. Whos still on the boat with me and how long have you been waiting?
