I'm 20 weeks pregnant, I've asked work for the first time to accommodate me with an appointment, as I work nights it doesn't directly impact my working hours, but I wouldn't be able to get sleep between the shifts due to the appointment time. Now I believe I was entitled to some paid time off, since I haven't asked for any of that previously, but instead of time off, my manager swapped my shifts so now I have to work 4 long nights in a row, which sounds unreasonable.
