I'm trying to return the Otto ottoman to Secret Lab because it doesn't fit under my desk. This, I am sure, is a very common issue given the size of the ottoman.

It's been a trial. Here are the steps:

Contact the secret lab via a web form that isn't clearly labeled as product returns. (It's under issue with shipment?)
Wait 2 days for a reply to your personal email asking if they can help answer questions before returning.
Reply no, that you would just like to return the item and ask advice on how to get it back into its original packaging.
Wait 2 days for a response, which points you to a web form to complete related to the return. (webform can also take up to 48 hours to share with you)
Complete and sign a 2nd webform, and print the forms to include in your packaging.

I've reached this point and haven't received guidance on how to get the Otto back in its original packaging.

Also, as the purchaser, you're responsible for all return shipping costs. I'm not sure how much that will be, but given the size and weight of the box, it's probably going to be $50-$100. :/

Be VERY sure you want any of the accessories before you purchase them; otherwise, it's going to be a PITA to return them.

I'd be happy to remove this if they were responsive to my questions and covered return shipping.
