Hello. I’m trying to cancel my gym membership and am coming up against an issue.

So I have already been charged on the 23/3 for 12 classes that can be used between 8/4-6/5, my next payment is due to come out on the 20/4.

Now when going to cancel it says they need at least 14 days notice before the next payment is due to be processed which means I would be safe to cancel today right? However it also says that all outstanding classes will be forfeited immediately when my membership is cancelled with no refunds given.

I’m wondering is this fair/legal? It seems impossible for me to cancel without forfeiting a months worth of classes that I’ve already paid for.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
