I’m doing Valencia half marathon in October 2026, the events basically 6 months away. I’ve trained for my previous 2 HM’s in 12 week blocks. This time I’ve nothing planned until October race wise, is this too long a time to train for? Does Runna realise this and give you plenty of deload weeks and just gradually ramp you up? I’m cautious of cooking myself before the race even starts!
