I am currently preparing my visa application to travel to Peru from india and would like to clarify the protocol for the submission and return of my passport. Could you please confirm if both the submission of documents and the collection of the passport must be done in person at the Delhi Embassy? Specifically, I would like to know: In-Person Requirements: Are applicants required to appear in person for both stages of the process? Courier Options: Does the Embassy facilitate or allow the use of secure courier services (such as DHL or FedEx) for either sending the application or returning the passport once the visa is processed?
