So we had an internal candidate that is working as an operator apply for an engineering position. They earned their degree about 3 years ago with 2.9 GPA. No engineering roles after college and questionable internships. I was surprised their application got to us and landed an interview.
I gave them an offer for career guidance and offered any time they were available so long as I wasn’t working. They didn’t take me up on this offer. I’m surprised this person doesn’t want help from someone. Has anyone else seen this?
