How do businesses keep track of small expenses?

I work in operations at a small startup.

Last month while reviewing company expenses I realized we were still paying for a few subscriptions that nobody was even using anymore.

Most of them started during busy weeks when someone signed up just to try something quickly.

A few were free trials. One was used only once. Another had been renewing quietly for months because the amount looked too small to notice.

When we added everything together, the total was honestly surprising.

I feel like this is becoming very common now especially with how many new artificial intelligence platforms appear every week.

Has anyone else experienced this recently?

I am really into calorie deficit these days but looking for good workout plans for myself .. I have to loose my belly fat and thigh fat mainly because my weight has started causing some health issues

I have heard about Jillian Michaels but whenever i search for her 30 days shred i am unable to find the exact videos..

How did you/are loose/loosing weight? What was/is your diet and workout routine?

There are so many AI tools being shared every day that it gets a bit confusing to understand what is actually useful and what is just noise.

I have been trying a few different tools recently for different parts of my workflow.

Some tools feel helpful for saving time especially when it comes to creating posts or handling repetitive work. Others are more focused on growth and visibility like tools that help with Instagram activity and audience reach.

At the same time I also realized I was spending a lot of time just managing subscriptions and small tools as i was so into my work i just subscribed too many apps on my phone which was charging me and i was lazy to unsubsscribe them even though i was not using some apps fully.. That part alone starts to add more stress.

Right now I am just trying to keep things simple and only use tools that actually fit into my daily work without making things complicated.

What everyone else is using these days that actually makes a real difference in your workflow?
