Things you won’t eat

I never knew runny eggs weren’t safe for pregnancies! I only knew the things everyone always talks about - cold deli meat, sushi, shellfish, less than 200mg caffeine, etc! What are the things you didn’t realize could be harmful? Or things you think are super beneficial? I don’t have my first appointment until I’m 12w2d 😑 so I’m just relying on common knowledge and Google lol

6W0D transabdominal ultrasound

6 weeks 0 days scan transabdominally! Right now, you can hardly see but a little tiny fetal pole is becoming more visible! A yolk sac can also be seen. If this were to be a diagnostic scan, a transvaginal would definitely be the way to go. I figured I would post some week-by-week to give everyone an idea on what to expect coming from a sonographer ❤️

I found out at 3W3D & have been soooo ready for this week to come! The next several weeks will be insane how much it will grow!

EDD January 2, 2027!

Both tests dipped with the same urine at the same time! Wondfo was more sensitive and showed quicker than easy @ home. FRER didn’t pick up for dayssss after! I just thought this was a fun comparison to show. Currently 5w3d!

I am a sonographer & scanned myself yesterday at 4W6D! I know a lot of people are curious on what it is looking like at this phase right now so I thought it would be fun to share these 😊 right now, the gestational sac is just now starting to become visible on ultrasound. From week 5 to 6, a yolk sac will appear & then a little tiny fetal pole! You will be able to see the heart flickering! ❤️
