I loved that slow tension of “This guy is going to unravel at some point” even Season 3’s trailer starting with Starlight saying “Homelander’s lost his fucking mind” idk I just miss when THAT was the endpoint of the story. Even him talking about what he’d do if he ever lost his mind to Starlight was terrifying.

GOD HOMELANDER - and a fascist regime of Supes just doesn’t interest me as much as that initial premise from Season 1-3. Same with Invincible Season 1.. I just loved that initial couple seasons before the show starts becoming a semi parody of itself.
