Hey so about 10 years ago my dad and step mum bought a house which we currently live in. To afford this they used a share of my mums inheritance, which came to about (roughly) 10% of the total price of the house. Now I’m being kicked out of the house, do I have a claim to prevent them from doing so because I have a share of this house? Am I able to refuse this? I’m not sure the rules on this so thought I’d ask. Might be a stupid question so don’t be too harsh pls✌️
