Hey everyone,

I’m 24M (turning 25 this July), currently pursuing an MBA in HR through weekend classes.

I previously worked at an MNC as a Sales Expert, but due to some personal reasons, I had to leave the job abruptly and couldn’t serve my notice period. Because of that, the organization marked me as NCNS (No Call No Show) and terminated me.

Now I’m facing a tough situation:

  • I’m not getting job opportunities that match my profile
  • My previous experience (around 1.5 years) feels like it’s gone to waste due to the termination
  • I’m confused about how to explain this in interviews

I’m honestly stuck and unsure how to move forward from here.

What I’m looking for:

  • How do I handle the NCNS/termination in interviews?
  • Can I still leverage my previous experience, or should I start fresh?
  • What kind of roles should I target while doing an MBA in HR?
  • Any practical steps to rebuild my career from here?

I’d really appreciate honest advice, even if it’s tough to hear.

Thanks in advance.
