How to eat while chaperoning a field trip

This is my first ever Reddit post so please be kind lol. I was diagnosed with celiac in February so this is all still pretty new to me. I am chaperoning an all day field trip for my daughter soon. The provided lunch (a boxed sandwich lunch delivered to a park) will not be safe for me to eat and we will not have access to the bus midday. We will be going to several museums so I can only bring a small purse. I am trying to find something shelf stable that I can hide in the bottom of my purse to eat at lunch. The only thing I can think of is a gf granola bar or jerky which I don’t love. I’m hoping you all with more experience might have some better suggestions for me! I really appreciate any guidance. The learning curve on gf eating is steep!!
