I feel like everyone knows we should be talking to users… but there’s a reason this is still the #1 piece of advice that keeps getting repeated over and over.

So what is it that gets in your way?

Is it mostly lack of time? Fear of hearing something that threatens your many months of work?

I’ve felt both of these. 🫠
