So I want to grow 6'1" , currently I am 5'10" so all I need is to grow three more inches , So I want you guys to help me to get results . Can you tell me how to use subs like when to use , how many subs should I listen to or any new recommendations . I really appreciate if some one could share how they got their results in any other way
