Morning - a slightly random one. We have what we suspect is someone locally dumping rubbish on our door step. Always happens on bin nights and appear between 8pm and 6am. It is always the same rubbish - Evian bottles full of coloured water (brown to yellow)… we have had about 12 bins appear over the last 6 weeks or so. Council won’t do anything given it’s not public property/fly tipping and we are trying to get our management company to help but we are currently changing providers which has slowed things down massively. Does anyone have any recommendations on what we can do!

Note this is a block of flats and I believe the ground floor flat closest to the entrance is empty so ring door bell etc wouldn’t work frustratingly
