here's everything that happened while I was giving the exam today :

1. logged in and started the exam from maths. about 15mins and 8-10questions in my screen gets stuck and I keep getting a "software error". the ai face detection thing also isn't working. i call my proctor, she tells me I'm not logged in??? bro I'm literally in the middle of the exam fym. she said my name's not showing up and to close the exam and log in again.

2. i try to log in again, the thing gets stuck on the "start exam" page. i close and log in for the final time (u can only log back in 3 times) and it finally let's me in. I've lost 40mins of exam time. i start my exam, same issue. my screen gets stuck on a question for 5-7mins, i get a software error, it moves on.

3. my proctor pauses my exam and says my camera isn't showing. i call her and tell her it's working completely fine for me and that my questions aren't moving forward, she just tells me to check my network and hangs up. my network was perfectly fine btw i checked from my phone.

4. my exam gets stuck on a math question for 30mins. i can't click an answer, i can't hit refresh, i can't go to next question. my camera and timer meanwhile are functioning completely fine. i get a different software working error, screen gets stuck on the question and after like 35mins of waiting i can finally move to next question (it didn't even consider the answer for that question btw it just skipped it). i call her again, she says she can't do anything and that it's probably just my net issue. bro if my net is so shit why is my camera and timer working perfectly and why can u see me but I can't answer the questions 😭😭😭😭

5. i could only answer 62 questions (39 math 5 eng 15 lr and 3 phy) because all in all I had like max an hour of the application actually working.

genuinely what do I do. do i email them?? will they consider anything or will i just have to give phase 2 or some shit.
