GPA :9.3 from a tier 3 College
Work exp: 4+ YOE at the time of applying ,both US based org first in healthcare and second in Insurance sector
Role: senior software engineer (full stack Java go lang react)
Research: No research
Not planning for GRE
Can get LOR from my prev company manager and program manager both will be top notch quality
If required can get from prof as well
What are my chances of getting in top programs, I am not looking for safety colleges , if I can’t get in top Unis I am fine with staying in India
What do you guys think?

My_qualifications : btech grad cse with 4 + YOE in full stack java development should I consider doing masters abroad or is it a bad idea to go abroad, considering I will start in masters in 2027
