I know this topic has been posted many times, but I'm still struggling to find a solution. I recently moved over from iPhone to the pixel 10 pro, and now in apps like Instagram my photo library is in a completely random order (I'm guessing because the metadata is now sorting by date modified).
My main issue is wanting to do a multiple feed post. I can see when posting to story the option to select from Google photos appears, but not when posting to feed.
Is there a way to sort this so it's back in chronological order? Or to at least have Google photos show up as an option when posting to Instagram feed?
I tried downloading the Google gallery app but it didn't seem to make any difference. And usually I would just add the pictures I want to post to my favourites album (back on iPhone) but can't seem to figure out a way to do the same on pixel. The only options that show up are local files and not albums on Google photos.
I love the pixel so far but this is proving to be a huge friction and really annoying me.
