I'm switching from service desk to appliances. The specialty ASM specifically asked for me to switch to his department, I didn't have to interview or anything so I haven't been able to ask him questions. I make 16/hr at the desk but I know starting pay in appliances is 17/hr but I also have my pace coming up in a couple months. So if I do get a raise for switching departments would that make my pace raise non-existent? I know I need to talk to my ASM but I haven't had time to do so.
