33M, Feeling Very Stuck, Lost, and Unsure of How the Future Looks after Years of Hardship

I am grateful and honored for any reading that can be shared. I am very new to palmistry, but it is a fascinating practice.

(Note: the black dot on the lower palm, on the Life Line, is a piece of pencil graphite that got stabbed into my hand and has been stuck there since I was a teenager.)
