So the problem I have is that I can't acces my old PS4 where I'm logged in on. I want to login on a ps5 with the same PSN. I recently logged in on a friend's pc with his steam account BC we often play together in the same room (he on his ps5 and I on his pc, hence the reason why I am logged in on his steam account with my activison account)

I know my password, but when I try to login on activison to remove my PS4 (I get error code 30506 on the ps5 in trying to login to) I get the following error (see screenshot). Anyone who can help me?

I just want to hop on a relaxing game after work, but I've been busy trying to login the past 2 hours
