Messed up my one feedback point from R1 significantly in one of my three interviews, but otherwise everything was good. I assume I won’t get an offer? It’s a bummer it’s the one main thing I messed up, but figure if it was my main feedback point it’s looking unlikely.

What are the expectations? How can I know if I’m ready? Do most decent people get picked or can you case well, have a good story, and still just not be picked?
