Need some opinions before I go ahead and make this ebook

I’m an essay writer in the UK, I’ve consistently hit 90/100 marks for others using ai, not literally copy and pasting but integrating it.

I use it for essay planning, to writing, formatting, without it being flagged.

My question is would it be worth to make a whole ebook for students to use as I think it would save everyone whole lot of time.

This wouldn’t be a one page sort of thing, would be a long 20–30 page with cheat sheets, utilizing prompts, how to put it into your own words.
