Wanting to buy a place in Puglia region...Advice/Guidance PLEASE
So, I am starting the process after getting back from an extensive vacation in the Puglia region.
- How to find a realtor? Buyer's agent/lawyer?
I have found some properties in Brindisi, Lecce, etc. Is it possible to have a single realtor? Should we hire a lawyer first?
Looking for a place that is less than 200K Euros, give or take.
- 60 years old, and have 2 pensions that net me 3,500 per month. Wife pension is more.
Anything guidance is EXTREMELY APPRECIATED.
