Cleaned by using warm water and soap, dried with an air hose (very light pressure) then alcohol wiped and air dried. Coated them using Gyeon Infinite Type 2 for a higher gloss. Did only 1 heavy coat and waited 1 minute for each half of the watch. Coating wiped off smooth and used a 600gsm towel for a 2nd wipe off to make sure it all comes off. The Pepsi is pretty used so it’s kind of hard to tell the difference BUT it looks great in person. The datejust was worn a few times before coating and looks absolutely stunning in the light. Didn’t coat the inside of the clasp or bracelet cause I didn’t find a reason to, just did the crystal, case, clasp and front of the bracelet. I was hesitant to do it but honestly had no issues, just like coating a car. Might offer this as a service now to my clients.

Im a professional detailer and unfortunately Im still unsure wether Coating my watch is safe. I use Gyeon coatings that are very high quality, will it stain the case or crystal? If anyone could help out I’d appreciate it.
