Was using a fast roll fragile build. 1st attempt got past 1 king then just got grabbed. 2nd, realised they super easy to dodge. And garg halberd R2 just MELTS them!!

Using garg halberd and i checked, r1 is a thrust bur man the timing so is so hard on normal enemies, yet to try on bosses, use another ring ig? Or leo + havel is good for this weapon but i am lowk buttcheeks
Hi! I jst killed ornstein and smough. I wanna switch from zwei to a leo ring, dodge into attack for leo ring buff. I like dodging alot and dodging instead of tanking lets me also use power within! Which is nice with leo ring i suppose.
Is halberd or garg halberd better for such a build?

I found an exercise for every muscle except the mid back.
My equipment is dumbells up to 15kg, a few plates a weight dip belt, pullup bar in my apartment’s gym.

Hi, new players who wants to use zwei cuz funny pancake. I noticed when i equip armour with higher “poise” i don’t get staggered as often. Now the problem is i can’t fast roll with such armour. The roll (mid roll i think) i have above 25% equip load is nice for the poise but i don’t like the slow getting up animation making it hard to roll into a boss to attack.
How can i balance poise with equip load to fast roll with respectable poise?

My gear rn is full bandit armour and claymore at +4 cuz i wanna fast roll.
I eventually wanna try out zweihander, seems cool and big damage. My offensive stats currently are 20 str and 11 dex. Should i go all str? Or some dex if it is a quality weapon like claymore.
