I’m 31. 3mm left side. Feel pain on both sides but not sure why the report doesn’t show anything from right side.

;Did my semen analysis in Feb 2026, did my ultrasound in last week. Recently I’ve been feeling the heaviness and soreness from both sides of my balls. Sometimes strong feelings from my lower abdomen.

My wife had a miscarriage in last year. Doc said it’s not due to varicocele, but I highly doubt it!

Could some one please take a look at my report? I am still waiting for a urologist. Not sure what the next step is.

I sometimes feel very very down, just don’t want to do anything and lying on sofa…
