This is my current plan
Day 1
One arm db floor press 3sets x 8
One arm db row. 3sets x10
Pushup 3 set near failure
Db shoulder press 3sets x 10
Db curls 3sets x 12
Tricep extension 3sets x 10
Day 2
Goblet squats 3 x 10
Bulgarian split squat 3 x 10 each leg
Romanian dead lift 3 x 10
One leg romanian dead lift 3 x 10
Calf raises 3 x 20
Planks 3 x 45 sec
Leg raises 3 x 12
Day 3 rest
Day 4
Incline push up 3 sets near failure
One arm db row 3 10
Db shoulder press 3 x 10
Db flyes 3 x 10
Lateral raises 3 x 12
Hammer curls 3 x 12
Chair dips 3 sets near failure
Day 5
Goblet squats 3 x 10
Lunges each leg 3 x12
Romanian dead lifts 3 x 10
Hip thrusts 3 x 10
calf raises 3 x 20
Bicycle crunches 3 x20
Plank 3 x 45 sec
Reverse crunchs 3 x 15
Day 6&7 rest
I'm doing home workout and I'm just a beginner so I can only do 10kg at present I want to know if I should continue this workout plan or can anyone recommend some better plan
