I’m Looking for some advice please on what our best options are. We have been letting out our house since January 2025, and in the main the tenants have been good. Our situation has changed and we now need to sell. We have done the following:

- Advised the tenants that we will be putting the house up for sale but do not expect to do this until end of May (we thought we were being helpful by forewarning them)

- Now received notice from them that the will be leaving in June

We have a repayment mortgage but will be looking to convert this to interest only when our term ends in July but, I’m now concerned that we will not be able to do this if we no longer have a tenant. Is this possible?
