Hi Everyone,

I recently went under contract on a home in Ocean City, MD. I have stellar credit and a strong DTI. A lender I reached out to quoted really high rates like 7.125 + ~ $6k in point fees for a 524k loan on an investment property. That seems really high, so I wanted to pulse the group and see if I'm missing something or if other lenders have better rates. Thank you in advance for your help!
