I injured my ankle pretty bad in January from falling off the top of a bouldering wall and could not walk until March. I went climbing for the first time this Wednesday (exactly four months post injury) and stuck to top rope. I went again this Friday and tried out some bouldering. I was maybe 2 rocks away from finishing the climb and I could’ve done it but I chickened out and down climbed. I am so terrified of falling and injuring myself again. Has anyone else dealt with this lowk PTSD? Tips? I like top rope but my heart rlly lies w bouldering
