For some reason I'm nervous before the game

Yeah, I know it's just a game and just pixels on a screen, but I love this game and I love playing it. I'm a DPS player, I recently got to M2, and I think I'm doing okay, but I know I'm making mistakes here and there; otherwise, I'd be higher. Basically, when I want to play DPS and rank up even higher, I get really nervous for some reason. Even though I seem to have everything I need to climb: the right mindset, enough time, a good hero pool (Ashe and Emre have been enough for now, with other hitscans as needed), and a stable win rate of around 60%, which I've maintained since the previous season and M4. And this nervousness and fear that comes from nowhere really interferes with my ability to feel good while playing. But I still play because I dream of playing well and reaching a high rank. I don't know how to deal with it. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

The higher the rank, the harder it is to play. And the more I don't understand what I could do to win the game.

Replay code: 4RB94M

Battletag / in-game username: Streamer mode but im the only Ashe in entire lobby

Hero played: Ashe

Skill tier / rank: m3-gm5 / im m3

Map: Kings Row

PC or console: PC

I'd like some help with a vod review. I want to work on improving myself, play better, and rank up. But the higher the rank, the harder it is to play. And it's becoming increasingly difficult for me to understand what I could have done to win. The game was completely ordinary for me and felt hopelessly lost due to the difference in tank skill. But we've been through this dozens of times, and you need to look at how you play, not your teammates. So I'm interested in my common mistakes because i feel like there are a lot of them in this game, and what I can work on. Because I've never really thought about improving anything other than my mechanical skills. I thought if I hit the targets, I'd win, but no.

I've tried analyzing my games myself, but my brain justifies everything I do because I was the one playing and I clearly remember the entire logical chain of actions. If I make a mistake somewhere, it's simply "logical" to me in most cases, and I don't even realize I made one. But nevertheless, I make mistakes, and I'd like to ask someone experienced to take a fresh look at my game and tell me where I'm doing wrong and where I could have played better. Because I just don't understand it myself. I'd be very grateful if someone would be interested and watch my replay. <3
