Hi everyone,

In my previous visa applications (like my PGWP applied 2023) I declared my status as single because I didn’t really understand the common-law definition at that time. But I’ve actually been living with my partner since 2021.

When I applied for PR, that’s when I declared common-law because I already understood it by then.

Now I’m worried—will this be considered a problem or misrepresentation? Has anyone experienced something similar
