To preface, I am a younger 5'3 165-175lb female. My thyroid struggles began over a year ago, and I've been taking TSH ever since. Since January / February I've gotten into a good rhythm of working out (5 days of cardio a week sprinkled with some weights) like my doctor advised me too. I've also been eating as healthy as my budget has allowed me to. However, as much as I think I've lost weight and feel better about myself the scale says differently. I love how working out makes me feel good, but I am incredibly discouraged because if anything I've gained weight rather than loosing it. Before all my thyroid issues I was happily sitting at 140lbs but now I just feel fat and ashamed. Ive tried everything I feel like. I've tried the calorie deficit and I am just stuck. Any advice?
