I've had Augie now for a month. He's calmed down a good deal, although he's still only three months old. I've thought about rehoming him a lot and came close to it a couple times, but I just can't seem to do it.

With that in mind, anyone have tips for properly taking care of a single kitten? I really wish he had a playmate but I just dont think I can do two kittens right now, even if it would probably be easier. Maybe in a month I can think about it some more, but right now I just don't have the energy for another decade+ emotional commitment.

I play with him every day and I work from home. Is there anything else I can do to ease his boredom?
