Soldering iron safety

I want to buy a new soldering iron or station and I am deciding between Pinecil and OSS T12-D+

However, I live in Egypt so my house doesn't have any grounded 3-prong sockets. Will this be a problem if I solder MCUs like ATmega328P and flash ICs like W25Q32 and MOSFETS ? If it is a problem, which soldering iron will be a bigger problem: Pinecil or OSS T12-D+ ?

Which soldering station do I buy ?

After reading the sub's soldering station guide, I am still confused between 3 soldering stations to buy,

  2. https://makerselectronics.com/product/oss-team-t12-d-digital-soldering-sta/ ($28.5)

According to the guide the OSS T12-X is the best one out of those two but the OSS T12-D+ looks the same to me and it costs almost half the price, is it good ?

And the third station is this one https://lampatronics.com/product/smd-soldering-station-hot-air-soldering-iron-mr-852d-A ($52)

I want it for the hot air gun because I often solder SMD components. However, the guide said many 2 in 1 stations are bad so I need information about specifically this station.
