If a student took lots of initiative to get to know professors, get involved, and form connections, could they attain a sorts of liberal arts like education? I value connection with others and academic discourse and stimulation. UWM is a great school for me in many regards, but I am a little concerned about the academic experience being the right fit.

Im from the UK and we are ACTIVE.please could someone give an honest answer about the party and social scene at Bowdoin? I love the school but am hesitant about being in a small school in the middle of nowhere. is there much of a traditional college town?
