So , I've been working in Matter & update to this month salaries are still getting delayed and many people got laid off from headquarters and the Pune office . The hardworking and naive people got laid off due to poor management & filthy politics of Matter . I would highly not recommend anyone to join this organisation . God knows for how many months they haven't cleared the FNF of multiple ex-employees . Some people got their hikes /appraisals and they didn't even pay them the updated salaries for 8 months that means arrears of 8 months are pending . So ,if anyone is joining Matter.in think 1000 times and you can do better ik.
