I definitely love making realistic eyes and this combination of chainmaille and the eye makes me really proud!

Simple weave, I know, but I love the way it compliments the eye! Now i want to make more like this with colored aluminium wire woven with the stainless steel to make more variety for my eyes 😅 kind addicted now ahaha.

Do you think that the defect in the eye ruin the look?

I love the way the whole piece turned out-- but the bubbles inside the eye and the drip sideways are making me iffy-- but then again, I don't know if im being too critical and its ok as a handmade piece or if I should start the whole eye over 🫠
