Hey everyone, I'm posting this out of pure desperation. It’s been over two weeks, FlixBus support has been completely useless with zero results.
I left a camel-colored jacket on the bus, and the absolute worst part is that my wallet and my passport are in the pockets.
Here are the exact trip details:
- Date: Early morning of April 13th (01:35 AM – 02:25 AM)
- Route: FlixBus N613 (Direction: Oslo, operated by FlixBus Sverige AB)
- My Journey: I boarded at Malmö Central Station and got off at Helsingborg (Knutpunkten).
- Final Destination: The bus continued onward and terminated at Oslo Bussterminal around 08:55 AM.
Because the bus continued to Oslo, it's highly likely another passenger either grabbed it, turned it in somewhere along the route, or it was picked up by cleaners at the Oslo terminal.
If anyone was on this bus, works at Knutpunkten in Helsingborg, works at the Oslo Bussterminal, or happens to be connected to the FlixBus depot cleaners anywhere in Sweden or Norway... please, please let me know.
I do not care about the jacket itself, and I don't care about any cash in the wallet. I just desperately need my passport and official IDs back.
