I’m 24m that’s tired of putting crap in my body, and everything I research keeps leading me here.
I’ve struggled with being overweight/obese my whole life. I have high blood pressure at 24. I’m on countless pills and in and out of doctors for that as well as anxiety and depression. I’m tired of it and I’m at my wits end. I decided I’m starting carnivore tomorrow. I went shopping today and loaded up on steak, ground beef, eggs, and pork sausage. I’m really hoping this diet provides the change I need and helps me get my life back on track.
Is going cold turkey a good idea? I haven’t done keto but I want to get started asap.
Any advice is appreciated. What can I expect the next few days?
