I recently discovered that UNC has a student-run journal for undergraduate research. It's registered with the Library of Congress and they put out a publication every year. They publish traditional wet lab research, and also manuscripts and analyses of existing data so there is something for every subject. I'm linking it here: https://uncjourney.unc.edu/
Would anyone be interested in getting this started at NC State? It's so hard to get published as an undergrad, maybe this could be a cool opportunity to start something meaningful.
