What does everyone have in their 10th house? And how do you feel it has affected your career path?

My Pisces sun sits in my 10th house making my career ambitions focused very much on humanitarian work, I’ve been trying to get out into my community more, and find ways to help. And eventually I’d like to be a mental health counselor. This feels like a great placement to me, unfortunately it comes with a lot of emotional weight in my career, but I’m wondering how your 10th house placements have influenced career choices!
