Hi all! Soon to be a new resident of the area and looking for an HVAC Contractor for a full service, and need some recommendations in the area. We're looking to get the following done and hope it can all be done in one go:
-have forced air furnace serviced (lower panel screws also need to be replaced)
-humidifier serviced (to restore functionality and prevent leak hazards)
-Hot water tank serviced and flushed. Hoping that we don't need a full replacement.
-AC unit outside serviced
Also looking for a good duct cleaning service. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
