Did you skip tongue-tie exercises? Worried about reattachment!
My 12-week-old just had their tongue-tie divided on Sunday. My practitioner said exercises aren't necessary, feeding should be enough, but literally everyone else I know was told to do them.
I’m stressed because:
- I’ve heard the risk of reattachment is high without them.
- I really don't want to put my baby through a second procedure.
Has anyone here skipped the exercises? Did it heal okay, or did you regret it?
