First, I accept that we shouldn’t ask people for free stuff like this, and he was right to refuse. I completely understand that.

But the way he responded was very rude. A simple “no” would’ve been enough and I would’ve never messaged again. Instead, it turned into unnecessary insults and degrading someone just for asking a question.

That kind of reaction isn’t really what you’d expect from an influencer or someone acting professionally, especially over something so minor.

Anyway, lesson learned on my side. I’ll be more careful going forward. At the same time, basic respect should go both ways, even in DMs.
