I’m a new grad RN from Alberta and I’m looking into possibly relocating to Unity for a position.

I was hoping to hear from anyone who currently works (or has worked) there. What is it like overall in terms of work environment, staffing, and support for new grads? What units are available there and do new grads typically get good orientation and mentorship? How hard is it to get hired as a new grad RN there? What are the patient ratios/workload

Also, any insight into living in Unity would be super helpful too

I’d really appreciate the feedback, thanks!
