Experienced Flipper/Licensed Realtor/Commercial Landlord. Building flooded, insurance is covering some of the cost but changing the layout to optimize income potential in the building. Current Value 290k, ARV: 400k-600k, current loan 190k. Credit: 680 Exit: Refinance at stabilization(3+6 months). Need a bridge loan for 60k to complete renovations. Everything seems to check at first thought but is this doable and if so, who would be the best bridge loan provider that could secure this loan the quickest?
